Machine Highlights

Every Pacific press brake is made to last by using the thickest steel frame in the industry and is assembled with an interlocked frame design that does not rely on welds to hold tonnage.

By using a high-speed, non-proprietary power unit from HAWE Hydraulik, we are able to provide you with the same high-quality machines you know and trust, now at a lower cost.

Low deflection on the bed and ram produces high precision bends.

This system features an 19” high-resolution 2D & 3D graphical touchscreen with advanced bend programing software, DXF tool & part import capability, punch & die library management, and built-in networking with remote support capabilities.

Foot switches and two-hand run controls come standard with every machine to promote operator safety. Light curtain, laser safety systems, and area scanners are also available.

Autogauge
  • Reliability with Automec
    Automec has been in business for over 50 years, selling press brake and shear solutions to increase operator productivity. Automec’s primary products are CNC controls and gauging systems for existing press brakes and shears.
  • G24 Series
    The G24 Series is designed for applications where 24” of front-to-rear travel is desired. Each system features Automec’s DC motor drive, which is backed up by an electro-mechanical disc brake once the back gauge reaches position. This drive system is known for its high reliability and holding force.
  • R-Axis
    The programmable Gauge Bar Height option lets the operator program a different gauge bar height for each bend in a sequence. The system is totally programmable within the full 8” vertical range in increments of 0.1”.
Crowning & Clamping
  • Simplify Your Press Brake Tooling Needs
    Wilson Tool manufactures tooling and clamping solutions geared toward decreasing setup times, speeding part flow, and optimizing part quality.
  • Express Crowning
    • OEM or aftermarket mounting
    • Hand crank with digital readout or CNC electric drive connected directly to the machine
    • Hardened to 28-32 HRC, which makes it substantially tougher than the competition
    • Micro crowning every 200mm
    • TY adjustable 0-0.76mm (0-0.030”)

  • Express Rail 2000
    • Hydraulically clamps WT-style and all other similar 20mm wide tang punches

Sentinel Plus
  • Fast Response Laser Protection
    The Sentinel Plus laser transmitter and receiver by Lazersafe are mounted to the upper beam of the press brake. A continuous block laser field protects the zone around the punch tip, allowing the operator to safely handle the workpiece as the tools close at high speed. If an obstruction is detected, the machine is automatically stopped.
  • Sentinel Plus XL
    Depending on your workshop’s environment, the Sentinel Plus XL may be recommended. The Sentinel Plus XL is a high-powered laser that can cut through dusty and cloudy environments as well as provide greater resistance to machine vibration.
