Service – built from
the ground up

Service for Pacific presses, press brakes and press shears. We’re faster to the call and on the job. That means you’re up and running faster with Pacific. Much like our machines, we built our own in-house service team to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of your equipment – no matter what make you use. Our master service technicians have an average of 24 years of experience, making them uniquely qualified to quickly and efficiently keep your machines working hard for the years – and decades – to come. And, since our commitment to uptime is based on keeping you productive, we can schedule visits for off-peak hours.

We are in your neighborhood too

Our entire team is based in the United States. And, despite their many years of experience, our technicians never stop training on new machines. That means a specialist on your machine is always available with just one phone call.

Operator Training Program

The goal of Pacific’s operator training program is to strengthen the understanding of the functionality of Pacific equipment. Pacific believes in maximizing machine output by minimizing downtime. Good operator training is critical to keeping machines operating at peak performance levels. It also allows for effective communication between operators and maintenance personnel.

Each attendee will receive:

  • A copy of the operation manual
  • A copy of the HMI manual
  • A console diagram outlining functionality
  • Completion certificate

Maintenance Training Program

The goal of Pacific’s maintenance training program is to strengthen the understanding of the functionality of Pacific equipment. Pacific believes in maximizing machine output by minimizing downtime. Good maintenance training is critical to keeping machines operating at peak performance levels.

Pacific Press designed the United States’ first hydraulic pressbrake in 1945 and are still the industry leaders in offering the highest quality machine on the market. Pacific’s conservative machine specifications ensure customers that their machine will be operating for years beyond the competition.

Of all of the advantages of a Pacific machine, the most vital is the proprietary hydraulic system. The maintenance program begins with developing a sound understanding of Pacific’s industry leading valve system. Once each valve is explained and understood, the course aims to develop an understanding of the hydraulic system and flows. Understanding the flow sequence will allow for better ability to troubleshoot potential problems. The course then aims to develop an understanding of the electrical system and how it applies to both the hydraulic system and the control of the machine. The program culminates with a comprehensive test and a completion certificate.

Each attendee will receive:

  • Laminated pictures of all hydraulic valves with diagrams
  • Laminated hydraulic system with flow patterns
  • Hydraulic and electrical system prints
  • A copy of an operator and maintenance manual
  • Completion certificate
