- Off-hour availability – If the customer’s production schedule warrants non-work hour service, Pacific will coordinate to minimize any impact to production.
- Ongoing monitoring / forecasting (optional) – If the customer wants to take the PM program a step further, Pacific will provide the customer with a checklist to be conducted quarterly by in-house maintenance. The results will be relayed to Pacific so that they can (i) be more efficient and focus on targeted areas during the scheduled PM visit, and (ii) forecast any impending critical failures and remedy them before they happen.
