STANDARD FEATURES
Bed, Ram And Extra Deep Side Housing are machined from heavy steel plate and are interlocked and welded to ensure maximum rigidity and avoid deflection.-
Cylinder Mountings are interlocked within a rigid “Vee Design” for true centerline loading and to keep frame deflection at an absolute minimum. Force is transferred from one cylinder to the other as the cut progresses, delivering a smooth “full power” stroke at constant, shock-free speeds.
Ram Guiding is precise thanks to heavy-duty, non-binding guides and “through the cut” pullbacks that provide a constant load on slideways, eliminating guide clearance.-b.jpg)
Modular Stacked Valve System minimizes piping and special manifolding.- Control Unit controls a two-speed shearing feature, allowing increased strokes per minute when processing material at 2/3 or less of the rated thickness capacity. Controllability available for all variables including knife clearance, rake angle, back gauge positioning, stroke length, speed and hold downs.

- Material Handling Devices (optional features include air-operated ball transfers and/or hydraulic front roll systems for aiding the handling/feeding of heavy plate, slitting gages for the progressive alignment of materials longer than the length of the shear, and dual foot switches for easier two-man operation)
