Require straightening of bar, shaft or plate work? Needing a versatile shop tool that allows you perform bar/angle/channel cut-off, rail and structural contouring and straightening, or other applications where powerful long strokes in a horizontal configuration is required? Pacific's Hydraulic Ramdozer can fulfill the needs of a multitude of applications and industries…and do so in an affordable package.

Jobs with horizontal positioning of parts/materials requiring increased open heights are suited to the Ramdozer. Material handling costs and strain on manpower alone justifies the Ramdozer's ROI. It's recognized as a plate straightening workhorse due to its vertical material handling orientation (via crane in most cases) and the system's precision press control. Long, full power throughout the stroke can be adjusted to meet your application's tonnage and pressing speeds. Up to eight foot wide plate can be straightened.

  • Rugged Construction: Rolled plate construction is rigid and trouble-free operation to the frame and hydraulic packings. Dies are easily mountable to the end lugs because T-slots are machined longitudinally in the cross head.
  • State-Of-The-Art Hydraulic System: Precision, high-speed performance and dependability all start with Pacific-built heavy-duty stacked valve system. Built-in hydraulic overload protection protects against overload and jamming. Single piece cast cylinders and cast piston/rod assembly eliminate high stresses, oil leakage and delivers trouble-free operation.
  • Superior Controllability: Full-rated tonnage and generous bed lengths deliver power throughout a long stroke. Stroke/speed adjustments (rapid advance and slower pressing speeds, all adjustable via a cam and switch that alters the position of speed change at will) permit fast set-ups. Moveable footswitch enables "at-the-work eye-sighting".
